We welcome City of Holdfast Bay residents and ratepayers to join HBRA.

Why join

Joining HBRA can be a powerful way to make your voice heard by key decision makers, and to improve our community. A group of residents speaking together has greater influence than individuals acting alone.

At HBRA, we:

-Provide support, advocacy and independent information to residents and ratepayers.

-Seek transparency and accountability of the expenditure by Council of your rates.

-Monitor how Elected Members and the Administration are setting and administering policies.

-Assist local government groups by utilising our extensive list of relevant and well-respected contacts.
